Your Order Cancellation Rights

You are entitled to cancel Your Order within 24 hours without giving any reason for doing so.

In order to exercise your right of cancellation, You must inform Us of your decision by means of a clear statement. You can inform us of your decision by:

  •  We will reimburse you no later than 30 days from the day on which We receive the returned Goods. We will use the same means of payment as You used for the Order, and You will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.

Exchange policy 

  • Since most of our products come under the fragile category, kindly take a video while opening the package. All products that might have been broken will be replaced only if there is a supporting video. Replacement would be on the company at no extra cost.
  • This replacement does not occur without supporting evidence.
  • There will be NO REFUND at any cost.
